Main structure and working principle:
1. This machine is a mechanical symmetrical plate rolling machine, which can complete the rolling of the cylindrical workpiece through the down pressure of the upper roll and the opposite rolling of the upper and lower rolls.
2. This machine is composed of two parts: the working part and the driving part on the whole chassis to be welded. The working part consists of left and right roller bearing blocks, one upper roller, two lower rollers, lifting screw worm gear and some auxiliary parts. The lower roll is the main transfer roll, and the upper roll is the passive roll. The upper roll can be adjusted up and down along the height direction. The transmission part is composed of main motor, main reducer and other auxiliary parts.
3. The transmission of the lower roller is realized by the main motor through the main reducer. The output shaft of the main reducer is driven to the two lower rollers through a set of gears. The change of the rotation direction of the roller shaft is obtained by the reversing of the main motor.
4. The lifting movement of the upper roller is realized by the auxiliary motor driving the worm and worm gear mechanism under the bearing seat at both ends of the roller through the auxiliary reducer to rotate the screw nut fixed on the worm gear, so as to move the lifting screw rod up and down.
5. The unloading device is designed to take out the workpiece after the rolling of the cylinder is completed. Before unloading, the upper roll shall be raised in place first, and the upper roll shall be pressed by the balance device at the end of the upper roll, then the pin shaft on the tilting bearing seat shall be pulled out, and the tilting bearing seat shall be overturned, and the rolled workpiece can be detached from one end of the upper roll.

1. The acceptance of the rolling machine shall be carried out in accordance with the technical documents, the current national standards of the rolling machine and the supplier's enterprise standards.
