The hydraulic transmission system of hydraulic bending machine has many advantages, so it has been widely used in various mechanical equipment, but in actual production, with the increasing number of times of use, there are also some typical troubles, such as the hydraulic bending machine oil cylinder falling out of sync, the following small part analyzes the causes of the up and down out of sync of the bending machine and puts forward the corresponding solutions 。

Analysis on the cause of unsynchronism of hydraulic bending machine

1. Analysis from the piston cylinder itself

The main reason is that the piston cylinder itself has internal leakage phenomenon, that is, the gap between the piston and the cylinder is too large to cause leakage, while the leakage amount in the left and right cylinders is not exactly the same, so that the movement speed of the two cylinders is different.

2. Analysis from oil inlet pipeline

When the hydraulic bending machine drops rapidly, on the one hand, the oil pump supplies oil to the oil cylinder through the synchronous valve, on the other hand, the set-top oil tank 1 supplies oil to the oil cylinder through the check valve 2 according to the natural height difference, and the two ways of oil supply oil to the upper cavity of the oil cylinder together, so that the oil cylinder can drop rapidly, and the flow in the valve path after passing the synchronous valve is approximately equal, Therefore, only the flow from the tank through check valve 2 into cylinder 3 is considered. For the inlet pressure of two check valves, P1 can be considered as atmospheric pressure, so it is equal. In the same case of P1, the smaller P2, the greater P, and the greater flow Q through the check valve. It can be seen from the above that the two hydraulic cylinders will not be fully synchronized when they are started, so the pressure P2 on the upper chamber of the two cylinders is not the same, and the pressure difference between the front and rear of the two check valves is not the same, so the flow from the cylinder to the two cylinders through the check valve is not the same, which also causes the movement of the two cylinders to be out of sync.

3. Analysis from oil return pipeline

That is to say, when the hydraulic bending machine drops rapidly, the motion damping on the return oil circuit is not equal, which makes the back pressure of the lower chamber of the piston different, so the flow of the return oil of the two cylinders is not equal, which also leads to the speed of the rapid drop of the two cylinders is not equal, that is, it is not synchronous.

terms of settlement:

1) For the hydraulic cylinder, in order to make the leakage in the two cylinders equal, on the one hand, try to make the selection accuracy of the left and right pistons, cylinders and other parts (including dimensional accuracy, position accuracy as shaft degree, roundness, etc.) consistent, on the other hand, design the hydraulic circuit of the two hydraulic cylinders as much as possible.

2) For the oil inlet pipeline, in order to ensure that the flow through the two check valves is equal, on the one hand, try to make the center of gravity of the movable frame at the geometric center of the two cylinders; on the other hand, try to make the mechanical damping between the piston and the piston rod as well as between the piston rod and the end cover similar, so as to ensure that the mechanical damping of the two piston cylinders is similar when they fall rapidly.

3) For the oil return pipeline, in order to ensure that the return flow of the two cylinders is equal, it is necessary to make the return oil resistance on the oil return pipeline similar, that is, the pipe diameter, pipe length, pipe bend number and pipe bend angle should be basically the same.

4) A mechanical rack and pinion drive is used to force synchronization. The connecting frame of the hydraulic bending machine is equipped with a rack on the left and right, which is meshed with the gear on the frame. The rack is used as a guide device, and the error is corrected by the meshing of the gear and the rack. As long as the manufacturing accuracy of the rack and the gear is guaranteed, the two working cylinders of the bending machine can achieve a very high synchronous accuracy.
