Technical parameter

The performance characteristics of J23 series open tilting press are as follows:

1. this series press adopts rigid rotary key clutch. Simple structure, easy operation and maintenance, using helical gear transmission, stable operation, small impact and low noise, J23-25 type open tilting press is replaced by a sliding bearing (copper tile) of a domestic transmission gear, which changes the wear resistance of the rear transmission gear and avoids the noise increasing due to the rapid wear of copper tiles.      

The 2.J23-35 type open tilting press is unique in the industry. The fuselage of the 35T press produced by other domestic manufacturers basically uses the fuselage of the 25T press, and the transmission gear is made of copper tiles. We only redesign the fuselage, the 35T fuselage is far heavier than the 25T fuselage (the body strength is good), and the use of rolling bearing transmission (gear noise is small) is equivalent to the general sense of light 40T presses.       

3. the 80T and above tonnage press adopt the pneumatic double balanced cylinder structure, the balance force fluctuation is small, the weight of the slide block and the upper die is balanced, and the shaking of the machine tool caused by the above weight is avoided. It can prevent the impact and noise caused by the reverse force of the transmission gear. It can eliminate the gap between the connecting rod and the slide block, reduce the impact and wear of the stress parts, and prevent accidents caused by the slider falling due to the failure of the brake or the fracture of the connecting rod.
