Maintenance of shearer parts

The maintenance of the shearing machine produced by the shearing machine manufacturer is mainly the maintenance of the parts. The upper die shall be aligned with the lower die and then the machine shall be put down and shut down until the work is finished. If the machine needs to be started or other operations, the mode shall be selected in manual mode to ensure safety. The maintenance of hydraulic oil circuit components and filters of plate shears is as follows:

1. Hydraulic oil circuit

(1) Check the oil level of the oil tank every week. If the oil level is lower than the oil window, fill in the hydraulic oil.

(2) The oil shall be changed after the new machine works for 2000 hours, and after every 4000 to 6000 hours, the oil tank shall be cleaned.

(3) The system oil temperature shall be between 40 ℃ and 60 ℃, and shall not exceed 70 ℃. If it is too high, the oil quality and accessories will be damaged.

2. Hydraulic components of plate shears

(1) Clean the hydraulic components (baseplate, valve, motor, pump, oil pipe, etc.) monthly to prevent dirt from entering the system, and do not use detergent.

(2) After the new engine is used for one month, check whether there is any deformation at the bend of each oil pipe. If there is any abnormality, replace it. After two months of use, fasten the connection of all accessories. When doing this work, shut down the machine and the system has no pressure.

3. filter

(1) The filter shall be replaced or thoroughly cleaned every time the oil is changed.

(2) If the machine tool has related alarm or other filter abnormalities such as unclean oil quality, it should be replaced.

(3) Check and clean every 3 months, and replace the air filter of the shearing machine once a year.
